Build a clear answer, story, or difficult conversation from a few boxes
Say it clearly
Five builders: PREP for any opinion, What–So what–Now what for surprise questions, the story spine, the four-part difficult-conversation script, and a two-minute talk.

On this screen
Say it clearly
What do you need to say?
Make a point
Point, reason, example, point again. Thirty seconds that sound prepared.
Answer on the spot
What, so what, now what. For when someone asks and you have five seconds.
Tell a story
Once upon a time, every day, but one day, because of that, until finally. A shape any story fits.
Raise something difficult
What you saw, how you felt, what you need, what you ask. No “you always”.
Open a short talk
A strong opening, one message, three reasons, then what you want people to do.
Introduce yourself
Five blanks. A ten-second and a thirty-second version come out the other end.
How it works
Say it clearly turns a structure into words. You fill in a few boxes and it joins them into one clean statement you can read out loud, copy, or practise in Speak.
PREP (Point, Reason, Example, Point) for any opinion or answer. What, so what, now what for an unexpected question. The story spine (once upon a time, every day, but one day, because of that, until finally, and ever since then) for a story about yourself or your work. Difficult conversation (observation, feeling, need, request) for the conversation you have been putting off. Mini talk (hook, one message, three supports, call to action) for a two-minute talk.
The lessons send you here on the days that teach each structure, and you can come back any time something matters.
